You can permanently delete your Learning Heaven account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how, and what is deleted or kept.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open Learning Heaven and go to Profile → Account.
- Tap Sign out if you want to stop using your linked account, or
- To fully delete, email us as in Option 2 — an in-app one-tap delete button is being added in an upcoming update.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Send an email to admin@zaytunauk.co.uk from the email address linked to your account (or, if you signed in with Google or Facebook, tell us which one), with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you to confirm.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently removed: your profile, XP, streaks, badges, level progress, bookmarks, coupon/entitlement records and any question reports you submitted. Your authentication identity (email, Google or Facebook link) is removed from our system.
What is kept, and for how long
We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example, transaction records for subscription purchases are held by Google Play and by us for the period required by UK tax and accounting law (typically 6 years), in a form not used to identify you for any other purpose. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you are not deleted.
